  • Before entering the office, patients are asked to wear a mask and perform hand hygiene.
  • Every patients’ temperature is taken using our infrared thermometer.
  • We then measure oxygen saturation levels as an added precaution.
  • Lastly, COVID -19 screening questionnaires are emailed to each patient to be completed prior to their appointment.
  • As you enter the reception area you are protected by our new glass barrier.
  • Social distancing is adhered to throughout the office, including in the waiting area.
  • All commonly touched surfaces are disinfected between each patient.
  • Each operatory is fully isolated by our brand-new glass doors and walls.
  • Air is kept clean by our medical grade HEPA filters with UV-C disinfection.
  • A minimum of 30 minutes is allotted between procedures to ensure air does not escape the operatory before being purified by our HEPA filters.
  • All frequently touched surfaces are covered in plastic barriers, which are changed between patients.
  • All patients are offered an iodine mouthwash before treatment to further reduce the spread of oral pathogens during dental procedures
  • Our staff wear a surgical cap, N95 respirator or level 3 mask, eye protection, surgical gown, and a face shield.
  • With our new sterilization center and onsite laundry, dental equipment is completely disinfected.
